A retreat where you are seen, heard and valued....
Are you ready to reignite the spark within🔥
Back for its 4th year: 3 nights and 4 days in the beautiful Candleston Woods in South Wales.
What makes The Elements Retreat special is the energy thats put into making it come alive.
All of the facilitators are asked to "Create a workshop/experience that puts you in your element..🔥🌿💧💨". We feel that if they bring something that they love to the retreat, then that will ripple out to those who attend. Its been incredible to watch as each year new exciting workshops appear - all created with love.

We welcome solo travellers with the option to book a comfy bed in one of our shared bell tents you get instant friends on arrival.
Our family style food options means that we all eat together on tables where nobody is a stranger for very long.
We have created a space where you can immerse yourself in nature, spending the weekend exploring all the amazing workshops and experiences the retreat has to offer. Its an opportunity to connect with other like minded souls, all looking to ignite new sparks and take either a baby step into new experiences or leap with both feet forward.
There is also the option to just take a breath, relax and simply do nothing. With the wood fired sauna and one to one treatments available - there is something for everyone. Some people just come for the food..... which is definitely worth talking about.
Our team of incredible chefs pour all of their love into creating family style dishes that full your body mind and soul.

Weekend Food Package
Our team of chefs have created an amazing weekend menu. You will have a cup of tea/coffee & cake on arrival on the Friday and an evening meal. Followed by breakfast, lunch and dinner on the Saturday and Sunday. With breakfast on the Monday being the final meal. The food is an important part of The Elements retreat, it's all about the quality of produce and the love that goes into preparing it, if you have dietary requirements please let us know asap. Shared Bell Tent Bed
We offer a shared bell tent bed for those who do not want to bring their own tents. It includes a comfy bed, mattress, with cwtchy duvets and pillows. You will share with a maximum of 3 other people. We have mixed or same sex bell tents - you just let us know what suits you and we will make it happen. If you are a group of friends who want to share together - we can also facilitate that.
