Back for its 4th year: The Elements Retreat is a long weekend of connection & collaboration in the beautiful Candleston Woods in South Wales.
What makes The Elements Retreat unique is the energy thats put into making it come alive.
All of the facilitators are asked to "Create a workshop/experience that puts you and them in your element..

We feel that if they bring something that they love to the retreat, then that will ripple out to those who attend.
Its been incredible to watch as each year new exciting workshops appear - all created with love.
The Elements retreat is all about connection, a space to try new things and find your tribe.
Life has a funny way of moving swiftly.... when was the last time you took some timeout for you?
We have created a space where you can immerse yourself in nature, spending the weekend exploring all the amazing workshops and experiences the retreat has to offer. Its an opportunity to connect with other like minded souls, all looking to ignite new sparks and take either a baby step into new experiences or leap with both feet forward.
There is also the option to just take a breath, relax and simply do nothing. With the wood fired sauna and one to one treatments available - there is something for everyone.

​We are welcoming back some amazing facilitators and we are also in the process of welcoming in a few new ones who will be joining us for 2026. A full program will be made available by the time the Spring is here. but below are a few of the workshops you can expect to see there.
​We have;
Ecstatic Dance, Cacao Ceremony, Kundalini Activation, Shamanic Sound Journey. Solstice Ceremony, Yoga, Contrast Therapy, Reflexology, Tantra, Woodland Gong Baths, Astrology, Voice Activation, Homeopathy & Ayurvedic workshops, Embodiment, Movement & Belly Dancing workshops.

The Firewalk and Arrow Breaking returns for those looking to face their fears and break through to a new you.
2026 feels like it is all about the Breath- Taking a moment to breathe deeply .....We have a variety of Breathwork practitioners sharing their skills - from shamanic breathwork, conscious connective and Breath 4 Life. Hollie Sky will also be retiring with her amazing Breath & Bass.

We are also expanding our live music offerings and bringing an open mic element to the woods. The magical duo Orion's Portal will be responsible for creating the musical collaborations this year for us and we are beyond excited.
​
All workshops and events above are included in the ticket price, with more being added over the coming months.
​
The beautiful Kiki's Boutique will be returning with her stunning jewellery and will be sharing her skills with herJewellery Making workshops once again.
​
We also have a few more Stall holders & therapists joining us, making sure that 1-2 -1 experiences are available for everyone who need a little extra love.

Some people just come for the food..... which is definitely worth talking about.
Our team of incredible chefs pour all of their love into creating family style dishes that full your body mind and soul.
Our family style food options means that we all eat together on tables where nobody is a stranger for very long.
We welcome solo travellers with the option to book a comfy bed in one of our shared bell tents you help you make new friends the moment you arrive.

​We also welcome back the man, they myth, the legend Jamie Catto for 2026. Last year he asked us all to take a tiny step out of our comfort zones and truely explore what it is to be human. Using humour and a lifetime of experience he brings in bucketfuls of mischief, mayhem and hilarity.
