Fire Walking Event Disclaimer Form:

I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the fire walking event hosted by Zen Tent Events at Blue Lagoon Festival on 1st June 2024. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants and a safety brief is given, I understand that fire walking involves inherent risks as the coals are hot, this includes but is not limited to hot spots, burns, and blisters, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release of Liability:

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless [Event Organizer], its officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss.

Medical Disclaimer:

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the Event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to participating if I have any concerns about my ability to safely engage in fire walking. I acknowledge and agree that it is my responsibility to be free from the influence of alcohol or drugs while participating in the fire walk. 

Assumption of Responsibility:

I understand that while Zen Tent Events will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants, ultimate responsibility for my safety rests with me. I agree to follow all instructions provided by Zen Tent Events and to refrain from participating in any activity that I feel is beyond my abilities or comfort level.

Photography and Media Release:

I grant Blue Lagoon Festival and Zen Tent Events the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, videos, or other media of me taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation or further consent.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of this disclaimer form, and I voluntarily agree to its provisions.
